Prisoners will not be allowed to correspond with other prisoners incarcerated in this facility.

NO MAIL,OTHER THAN LEGAL, WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE WOODFORD COUNTY DETENTION CENTER.
BOOKS WILL STILL BE ALLOWED FROM ONLINE STORES.

Inmates are allowed to correspond with anyone outside the jail by email. You can log onto SmartJailMail.com and create an account. By doing this, you can give the desired inmate credits to their account so they can write and respond to emails. The inmate can also send you an invite from the facility kiosk if you have trouble creating an account. Pictures can be sent to the inmate via messaging. It's quick and easy and only cost $0.50 per email.
